We follow a rigid, four-stage protocol managed via our integrated CRM to ensure no detail is overlooked.
1. System Submission (Log-In)
When you drop off your HP or multibrand laptop, our service desk creates a unique Job Card in our CRM.
Inventory Mapping: We record your laptop’s physical condition, serial number, and peripherals.
Ticket Generation: You receive an instant SMS/Email confirmation with a tracking ID.
Initial Triage: A brief description of the reported issue is logged to guide our technicians.
2. Expert Diagnosis
Your device is assigned to a certified technician under the supervision of our Centralized Management Team.
Hardware & Software Scan: We perform a deep-dive analysis to identify the root cause, whether it's a motherboard failure, screen issue, or software glitch.
Status Update: The CRM is updated to "Under Diagnosis," allowing our floor managers to monitor the turnaround time (TAT).
3. Transparent Approval Process
We never proceed with a repair without your explicit consent.
Cost & Time Estimation: Once the fault is found, we upload a detailed quotation and the estimated repair time to the system.
Client Communication: You are notified via the CRM. We provide a breakdown of parts (if required) and labor charges.
Authorization: Work only begins once you provide a digital or verbal "Go-Ahead" recorded in our logs.
4. Quality Check & Delivery
After the repair is complete, the laptop undergoes a final Quality Assurance (QA) test.
Post-Repair Testing: We verify that the original issue is resolved and that no new issues have surfaced.
Ready for Collection: The CRM triggers a "Ready for Delivery" notification.
