2. Expert Diagnosis
Our certified technicians perform a comprehensive "Health Check." Using advanced diagnostic tools, we pinpoint the root cause—whether it’s a failing motherboard, a bloated battery, or software corruption.
The Apex Edge: Diagnosis is logged directly into the system for review by our senior technical leads.
3. Transparent Approval
We never start a repair without your green light. Once the diagnosis is complete, the CRM generates an Estimated Quote and a detailed report.
Digital Authorization: You receive the quote via your preferred channel. Work only begins once you provide digital approval, ensuring there are no hidden costs or "surprise" billing.
4. Work-In-Progress (WIP) & Quality Check

5. Final Delivery
