Inventory Check: We record your laptop’s physical condition, serial number, and specific issues.
Job Sheet Generation: You receive a unique Job ID, allowing our management team to track the device’s "live status" across the network.
2. Expert Diagnosis (In-Progress)
Once submitted, the laptop is assigned to a certified technician specializing in your brand (Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.).
Deep Scan: Our team performs a hardware and software audit to find the root cause.
CRM Update: The diagnosis, required parts, and labor estimates are uploaded directly to the system for review by the Centralized Management Team.
3. Transparent Approval Process
We don’t believe in "surprise" invoices. Before a single screw is turned for the repair:
Digital Quote: You are notified of the exact cost and timeline.
Client Consent: The repair only enters the "Work in Progress" (WIP) phase once you provide formal approval through the system.
