- We are not an authorized service center or official partner of any specific brand.
- All services are provided based on technical expertise and third-party repair standards.
2. Warranty Policy
- Apex Systems does not service devices under manufacturer warranty.
- Customers are strongly advised to contact the authorized brand service center for in-warranty repairs.
- Any service undertaken by Apex Systems may void the manufacturer warranty.
3. Data Privacy & Responsibility
We respect your privacy and maintain strict data handling practices:
- Apex Systems does not access, copy, or back up customer data.
- Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data before submitting their device.
- We are not liable for any data loss during or after the repair process.
- Data access will only occur if:
- Customer provides explicit permission
- Login credentials are shared for specific service requirements
Data Recovery Cases
- After successful data recovery, data will be deleted from our systems in customer presence.
- Apex Systems is not responsible for any prior data exposure if the device was handled by another vendor.
4. Customer Approval & Device Handling
- No repair, part removal, or modification will be carried out without customer approval.
- Customers are advised to note their device serial number and condition before submission.
- Apex Systems is not responsible for disputes regarding physical condition of the device after handover if not documented.
5. Software Policy
- Only genuine, licensed, open-source, or trial software will be installed.
- Any software installation or modification requires customer consent.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Software licenses
- Data integrity
- Reinstallation (if required)
6. Pricing & Charges
- Service charges listed are for labor/services only.
- Costs do not include spare parts, components, or consumables.
- Final pricing may vary depending on:
- Device condition
- Diagnosis results
- Additional repairs required
- Any price change will be communicated before proceeding.
7. Spare Parts & Warranty
- We use high-quality, original, or compatible tested parts.
- Spare parts come with limited warranty as per manufacturer or supplier terms.
- Warranty claims require:
- Original invoice
- Physical verification at service center
Important Conditions
- No onsite warranty for replaced parts – customer must visit the service center.
- Delay in replacement may occur due to manufacturer shipping timelines.
- For certain parts (e.g., hard drives), customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Apex Systems is not responsible for data loss during repair.
- We are not liable for any further damage after customer approval of repair.
- No compensation will be provided for:
- Data loss
- Device failure due to pre-existing conditions
- Customers accept all risks associated with repair services.
9. Data & Installation Responsibility
- Apex Systems is not responsible for reinstalling OS or software after part replacement.
- Customers may opt for paid installation services if required.
10. Staff & Service Responsibility
- Any miscommunication or service-related issue caused by an individual staff member will be handled internally.
- Apex Systems maintains a professional service standard, but individual errors do not represent company policy.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes related to services, billing, warranty, or consumer matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
