1. System Submission
Customers submit their laptops at our service center in Alpha 2, Greater Noida. A job sheet is created in the CRM system with complete details including customer information, device configuration, and reported issues. Each device is assigned a unique job ID for tracking.
2. Diagnosis
Our certified technicians perform a thorough inspection and diagnosis of the laptop. The identified issues, required parts, and estimated repair cost are updated in the CRM system for customer review.
3. Approval
Once diagnosis is complete, the customer is informed via call/SMS/CRM updates. Repair work proceeds only after customer approval of the quotation and service scope, ensuring full transparency.
4. Work in Progress (WIP)
After approval, the laptop enters the repair stage. All activities such as part replacement, testing, and quality checks are continuously updated in the CRM system. Customers can stay informed about real-time progress.
5. Quality Check & Testing
Post-repair, the device undergoes rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance and resolution of all reported issues. The CRM system logs all quality checks and service completion notes.
6. Delivery
Once the repair is successfully completed, customers are notified for pickup. Final billing, service summary, and warranty (if applicable) are documented in the CRM system for future reference.
