1. Job Submission (System Entry)

2. Diagnosis Process
- Technical team inspects the laptop and performs detailed troubleshooting.
- Root cause of the issue is identified and updated in the CRM.
- Required parts, labor, and estimated cost/time are logged in the system.
- Status updated to “Diagnosis Completed”.
3. Approval Stage
- Cost estimate is shared with the customer via CRM (SMS/Email/Call).

- If declined → device prepared for return (with applicable charges if any).
4. Repair / Work in Progress
- Approved jobs are assigned to technicians through Apex.

- Quality checks are performed post-repair.
- Status updated as “Work in Progress” → “Repair Completed”.
5. Quality Check & Testing

6. Delivery Management
- Customer is notified for pickup.
